Before inserting an asset into the working field of the Office document it is necessary to select the quality of the chosen asset first.
In order to access the quality selector, click on "Use" button located right under the asset. The button is available both in the general view under each asset in the gallery and in the focused asset preview. Clicking the button will activate a window with all the available options. After selecting the quality, the correct version of the asset will be inserted in the working field.

An asset can be inserted in two ways:
Insert asset with ‘Use’ button
Insert asset with a specific quality
Insert asset with use button
In order to insert an asset in a default quality, simply click ‘Use’ button on the asset card. The asset will be downloaded and inserted in the place of an active cursor.

To insert an asset with a specific quality, click the ‘More’ button, hover over ‘Insert asset’ and select one of the available qualities.

Things to be aware of
The size of the asset is additionally limited by the size of the working field. It means that if the selected quality is too large to fit, for example, a page in an Office Word document, it will be automatically adjusted to the existing margins.

Multi insert

To insert multiple assets at the same time, select the assets to be inserted and click the 'Multi insert" button in the multi select menu in the top bar.

After clicking the 'Multi insert' button, a dialog box will be displayed to select the specific quality to insert for all the selected assets.

The list of qualities is based on the common available qualities that can be inserted for the selected assets.

Open a document asset

The ‘Open’ button on the asset card will open the asset as a new document in the corresponding Office application.

The document will be opened in protected view. Click the ‘Enable editing’ button to make changes to the asset.
