The new tool can be access from the control panel.
The tool contains of 4 areas:

The front page contains of some insights data about what has been synchronized between Sitecore and Digizuite. Read more about insights.
Then there are a list of validations which will do a health check of the system. Read more about the validation. - Data Cache
