Intro Screen
When the user first enters Media Manager 5, there are three possibilities of what they are presented with:
None - The user is presented directly with the Guest Area
Splashscreen - The default splashscreen, where the user has to press a "Continue" button to enter the site. By default it is a white background, but it can be changed to an image or video in the settings.
Disclaimer - The user is presented with the disclaimer text, and the button now reads "Accept".

2 Guest

Area
In some cases, there are assets available to be seen by anyone with the link to the application. The public can then access so-called Guest Area. Guest Area is Media Manager 5 in read-only mode and with limited functions:

User that can only access Guest Area and does not possess login information is called Guest. The rights of a Guest user will be described in more detail in the next section "User Profiles".

3 Log

In
Besides the Guest user, any other user is required to log in to the Media Manager (if the Media Manager is configured to ask for login credentials). In order to do this, you have to access Media Manger 5 via any of the compatible browsers and devices mentioned in the requirements section.
Pressing the button in the right upper corner, will open the Log in box.
- Username – insert the username provided to you by the local administrator
- Password – insert the password provided to you by the local administrator
- Remember Login Info – choose between Yes or No
Once the correct information is filled in, press to sign in to the system.
Note 1: If the inserted Username and/or Password are incorrect, you will get and error. In case the error persists, please check:
- Your email and follow the activation link
- That the user has been approved inside Digizuite DAM Center.
Note 2: Depending on how the system is configured, you can change the language of the Media Manager by pressing in the lower right corner
