Once you’ve created a predefined notification field, a custom field, or both - you need to configure the MM site to use them.
Go to Portal Config Manager Administration → Portals → [your portal] .In here, expand → Configuration
Expand the “Copyright Notification“ control.section
Check the “Enable copyright notification“, in the “Predefined…“ field, you, of course, enter
Enter your predefined field, and likewise for the “Custom…” field.
