From 5.6.0 and if you have Media Manager 5.6.0, you will have to manually install the zxp file and NOT use the Adobe Exchange. The reason is breaking changes in 5.6.0 which will break prior versions. |
MacOS using M1 Chip
If you are using a MacOS with a M1 chip instead of an Intel then you will notice changes in the Adobe products where a few things a missing e.g. in the latest version of Photoshop there is no “Extensions” section under the Windows Menu from where you can access your plugins and panels, where it is replaced by a drop-down menu labeled “plugins.”
This new update creates the issue where you cannot access the Digizuite Creative Cloud Connector plug-in out of the box.
To fix the issue, please follow the descripted steps below:
Open the applications folder in your M1 Mac
Open the Photoshop folder
Right-click the Photoshop application and select “get info.”
Then click on the option that reads “Open using Rosetta.”

Asset is outdated
We have a known issue for some 5.4 installations where the asset is shown as 'Asset is Outdated' in the link manager, even though this is not the case and the asset has just been added.
