The silo configuration located at sitecore → System → Modules → Digizuite → MetaDataRoot_0, has the same logic as above around generating the ItemId.
If When you are working multiple developers together on the same solution, then you have to make sure that every one has a silo item with the same itemId. Then when every developer synchronizes the silo, all the items + configurations has the same itemId between developers.
