Location of the connector in the interface

The Creative Cloud Connector is installed as an extension, and therefore can be opened in the same way as any other extension used in the products in the Adobe Creative Cloud products.

For example, inn in InDesign, it is found under Window → Extensions → Digizuite™.

In other instances, it is sometimes found under Window → Extensions (legacy) → Digizuite™

The connector will open inside a panel, and can be docked the same way as any other panel.

First start

The first time you activate the Creative Cloud Connector, you will be asked to enter the URL for Digizuite™ Media Manager.

You should already have been given this URL by your Digizuite contact person. Simply input it, and press Continue to reveal the login screen.

Please note that this is a one-time occurrence, and that next time you open the extension, it will have remembered your URL.

If you wish to change your Creative Cloud Connector's URL, you can do so from the context menu, under Settings.

Logging in

The connector offers two methods of logging in: with Digizuite user credentials or through single sign-on (SSO).

Logging in using credentials

In order to log in using your ordinary Digizuite credentials, please provide the username and password and then click Log in.

In order to log out, click on the three dots in the upper right of the connector's panel and select Sign Out.

Please note that only non-SSO users can sign out this way.

Logging in using SSO

First of all you need to make certain that your Digizuite DAM has been set up to allow for logins through SSO. When this is in order, your can do the following:

  1. Click the Login with SSO button.

  2. The pop-up shown below will appear with two options available. If you select Open external login screen, external browser window will open automatically. Alternatively, you can manually copy the provided url and paste it in a browser.

  3. Once the url is opened, you should now be automatically redirected to your organization's login screen.

  4. Log in to your organization, and you should now be logged in to the Creative Cloud Connector as well.

Changing the current site

It’s possible to change the site url in two way

When you are not

one of two ways, dependent on whether the user is logged in to the

    Scenario 1: the user is not logged in to the DACCC

    When the Change site? button in the lower left corner of the dialog has been clicked, you the user will be re-directed to the another dialog to change the current site url to the a new site urlone.

    The current site url will be displayed. The Save button only becomes available if the site url is changed

    When the new site url has been changed to the wanted site url new one, then the Save button can be clicked and the Creative Cloud Connector window panel will reload to display the results from the new site url.

    If the new newly provided site url is invalid, a warning dialog will be prompted:
