In case of InDesign, once the user has chosen quality, the thumbnail of the image will become attached to the mouse pointer, until the user clicks on the spot on the page, where it should be placed. The user can also pre-select the spot, in which the image should be placed (for example, a frame). If the goal is to replace another image already existing on the page, the user needs to click on it, and then click Insert Place/Use and choose the quality from the connector.
In case of Photoshop, Illustrator, AfterEfects or Premiere Pro the procedure is simpler and the user can simply click use Use on an asset out of the Adobe CC Connector and the asset will be placed on the canvas.

(1) shows a green icon of an open lock, which means that the asset is not locked and can therefore be freely used
(2) shows a black icon of a closed lock, which means that the asset is locked (checked out). Hovering the mouse pointer over the lock icon will reveal a tooltip showing who checked out the asset and when auto check-in will occur.

If your user has the role "Administrator", then they have the option to check in the asset by force, by clicking the locked icon. The force check in dialog will show and clicking Confirm will finish the process.

The next step is to select which duplicate asset should be relinked. The first duplicate asset will always be selected after the button is clicked.
You The user can use the scrollbar or mouse scroll to scroll though browse through all the duplicate duplicates matching the specific asset.
When you have chosen Once the specific duplicate asset that you want to relink to you has been chosen to be relinked, the user can click the Next button.
When you have went through Once all the assets in the queue have been processed, a dialog will display the amount number of assets that are being downloaded and relinked and , as well as which asset is currently being processed.

Changing the quality of an asset
Relinking broken links can be done in 2 waystwo ways, i.e. by:
Manually clicking on text in the Quality column on a specific asset
Selecting all the assets that you want the user wants to change the asset quality on and then clicking the Change quality button at the bottom of the connector panel.

The dialog for clicking a specific asset will display the currently selected quality and all of the possible qualities the asset can be changed to.
