The assets are organized in the multi-level folder structure. The folders and subfolders are the reflection of the the structure visible also in other Digizuite applications, and can be created , modified and removed changed in the DAM Center.
The user needs to double-click the 
Click on folders and then subfolders to load their contentcontents. There are two ways to navigate to the previous levelgo back:
- by clicking the back arrow in the upper left corner
- by selecting the place to go back to from the navigation menu at the top.

In order to search for assets, the user can choose one of the two methods to enter the search mode:
- by clicking on the magnifying glass icon close to the upper right corner of the application
- by selecting "Search" from the menu list
This will activate the search field, in which the user can type the search phraseclick on the grey search box at the top of the Office Connector panel. During the typing the results will appear in real time.
To exit the search mode before executing it, the user should click on "Cancel" next to the search box .
Pressing "Enter" or clicking the highlighted magnifier glass inside the search field will execute the search and the results will be displayed below.

and the application will return to the default view.
Filtering
In the Digizuite™ Office Connector the user can filter the content by asset type. The asset types available for viewing in the Office Connector are images, Word documents, Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations. It is possible to select more than one asset type at a time.
Sorting
The user can choose in which order the assets are displayed, based either on upload date or title, by clicking on "Sort" and selecting one of the options from the drop-down list. Default sorting method upon starting the application can be configured in the DAM Center.. There are four possibilities available:
- Newest first,
- Oldest first,
- Title A-Z,
- Title Z-A.
