---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
DAM-4152 | Digizuite core does not work in load balanced environments | This is caused by a fix for events going missing against sitecore, which we would rather keep working. | The DC can still technically be set up in a load balanced configuration, however the “event2job” and “cronsevice” sub applications under automationworkflows should only be enabled on one server. | ||||
DAM-4223 | Audit trail migration fails | The audit trail migration fails, which causes the audit trail service to not work. This is caused by faulty data. | Please contact R&D if you run into this. We cannot reproduce it and need a database where this happens to make a proper fix. | ||||
DAM-4254 | When creating or updating metafields of types MIR or SIR the item reference specific properties needs to be set manually in all languages. | When creating or updating metafields of types MIR or SIR the item reference specific properties needs to be set manually in all languages. Note: 5.3.1 fixes the issue when creating the metafield. The Jira mentioned here is regarding the update scenarion which will still requite values to be set in all languages. This is a silent bug as no error messages will appear anywhere because of this. The end result is that values appear to be missing in languages where the item-reference definition is not actually set. Metadata values are never actually missing due to this problem, however. | The workaround is to set the values manually in each language. | ||||
DAM-4725 | LoginService doesn’t start properly after a service restart, causing cascading failures in every other service. | See “issue” | Recycle the login service, then recycle DC, then recycle the other services. And you should be good to go. | ||||
RNDS-632 | Media Manager will not load on ExxonF&L | After a copy from Production to Test, when loading MM a search fails causing MM to be stuck in a loop and consequently not load. (continuous spinning balls) | The problem is the following formats are missing from the DAM: The workaround is to recreate the formats and then run the script attached below against the DAM database.
Fixed with 5.4.1 |
